What is the project?Community food hubs are a great way to connect people to where food comes from. As part of the Wales Community Food Distribution pilotprogramme, the project facilitates volunteers to link with food producers and suppliers to have easy access to healthy and great value food. Who is it funded by?This project has received funding through the Welsh Government Rural Communities – Rural Development Programme 2014-2020, which is funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Welsh Government. WCFD is funded to June 2023
